We are a mean and lean team and typically work as an Owners Project Manager Team (OPMT). We develop and execute projects by establishing the right contracts with the right contractors according the right contracting strategy and right contract terms and conditions. For both the hardware as well as to establish the organization that will operate it. We perform strict contract administration to pay for actual deliveries and minimize claims. Our contract managers have international world class track records. We have the technical skill to establish and manage engineering and construction contracts and perform world wide procurement. We manage logistics from factory to final destination.
